Shipping & Delivery

We offer both domestic and international shipping for unframed photographic prints. Shipping rates are calculated based on destination, size, and weight at checkout. We reserve the right to decline shipments to certain locations when logistics or carrier restrictions apply.

Each artwork is handled with exceptional care. Shipping costs include professional packaging to ensure your print arrives safely and in perfect condition. We always strive to offer the most fair and reasonable shipping rates possible.

Prints may be shipped flat or carefully rolled in high-quality, reinforced art tubes, depending on size and destination.

All shipped artwork includes in-transit insurance for your peace of mind. For returns, insurance costs are the responsibility of the client. In cases where the artwork value exceeds standard insurance coverage, additional insurance fees may apply.

We encourage recycling all packaging materials to help protect the environment that inspires our work.


Domestic Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday via trusted carriers such as USPS or FedEx. In-stock items typically ship within 48–72 hours after purchase.

Additional handling fees may apply for destinations outside the continental United States.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary depending on destination and carrier availability. International shipments may be handled by DHL, FedEx, USPS, or other approved couriers.

Please note that customs fees, taxes, and import duties are not included in shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer. If preferred, clients may also arrange shipping through their own trusted carrier.


Returns

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the artwork is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Refunds or store credit will be issued minus shipping costs and a 5% transaction fee.


Damaged Items

Upon delivery, please inspect your package carefully. If you notice any visible damage, make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt.

In the rare event of damage:

Once all required documentation is submitted, insurance claims typically take up to two weeks to process. Replacement artwork will be shipped once the claim is approved. As each print is made to order, production and delivery may take 4–6 weeks.

Please note: damage not reported within 48 hours cannot be accepted for replacement or refund.
